If you've landed here, considering your next job role in early 2022 - we have an excellent opportunity available. Primarily based at Fork in the Road, our social enterprise cafe, you will also get involved in, and become integral to other areas of our fantastic charity in Middlesbrough.
Ideally, you'll have 18 months experience already, within a supervisory position, but your desire to motivate and inspire staff will be just as important. Alongside providing great food, and delivering other high quality services across the businesses, we support long-term unemployed people, and those in early recovery, back into work.
Subsequently, the knowledge and experience you can pass on will be invaluable to those you work with. Supported in your own role by our experienced Operations Manager, you'll also be able to grow as a professional, while experiencing the positive atmosphere that comes with working within a charity run service.
